Expect orders to arrive between 2-7 Business days from processing. Orders are shipped thru USPS AND UPS. There may be a delay due to Covid-19 tracking will be provided on all orders. Caput Mortuum is not responsible for any customs or duty fees associated with any shipment to your home country.

All orders are processed within 24-48 Hours from receipt of order. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or Holidays.

All shipments within the United States is free.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Caput Mortuum​™ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Please allow additional Processing times to prevent Credit card Fraud.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Caput Mortuum​™ is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). We will make every effort to advise the customer of any associated fees with the shipment prior to mailing the item.

Damages

 Caput Mortuum​™is not liable for any products damaged or lost once item is shipped. All items sent by Caput Mortuum​™ are insured at time of shipment. If your items ends up being damaged or lost during transit, please contact the shipper (USPS, DHL, UPS) to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
