Refund policy

Thank you for your purchase with Caput Mortuum. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it to us for a EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT (within 14 DAYS of receipt of items NEW and UNWORN ,UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED (with original tags and packaging). Providing items are still in stock.

CANCELLATIONS

ANY ORDER CANCELLATION REQUESTS SHOULD BE MADE WITHIN 3 HOURS OF PLACING THE ORDER OR AS SOON AS POSSIBLE BEFORE ITEM SHIPS. BE ADVISED WE MAY SHIP THE SAME DAY. REQUESTS MADE OUTSIDE OF THIS TIME FRAME CANNOT BE GUARANTEED. PLEASE CONTACT US AT INFO@CAPUTMORTUUM.US

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. ALL items are only eligible for an exchange or Store credit unless otherwise noted by caput mortuum. All returned items must be in be in new and UNWORN ,UNWASHED, UNDAMAGED. If any item is deemed not eligible to be refunded the customer will be contacted to arrange to have the item mailed back to the customer at there expense.

 

PLEASE NOTE, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. Unless we deem the item defective. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

RETURN PROCESS

To return or exchange an item, Please email customer service at INFO@CAPUTMORTUUM.US to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number, we will provide you with a return address to mail the item(s) back. Please place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase (receipt or packing slip)

REFUNDS(IF APPLICABLE)

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 2 to 3 Business days to process your exchange or store credit from the receipt of your item to process your store credit or exchange. Refunds (if applicable) may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.

EXCEPTIONS

All items are packed individually before shipment for defects and quality check. If you receive a item that is defective products please contact us at INFO@CAPUTMORTUUM.US with a explanation as to why the item is defective also *PLEASE INCLUDE A PHOTOGRAPH SHOWING THE DEFECT to arrange a refund or exchange of product providing the item is still in stock. We will cover shipping cost and send a return label to you in this situation.

If any items are DAMAGED due to the SHIPPER(USPS OR UPS, DHL) please contact the shipper for a refund all items mailed are insured and in this situation this should be taking up with the shipper not Caput Mortuum.
